When is the Festival: Saturdays, Sundays and Thanksgiving Friday – October6th through November 25th, 2012.
Where it is: On FM 1774, between Magnolia and Plantersville, Texas – 50 miles Northwest of Houston.
Time: Gates open at 9:00 am and close at 8pm.
Where you can buy tickets and pricing:
Gate prices: Adult – $25.00 (Ages 13 & up) Child – $12.00 (Ages 5 -12)
Discount prices: Adult –
Saturdays $20.00 (Ages 13 & up)- Sundays $17.00
Child – $10.00 (Ages 5 -12)- Sundays $8.00
(Parking at the Faire Grounds and Children 4 and under are FREE.)

It’s that time of year again! It is starting to feel like fall, and more importantly, the Texas Renaissance Festival has opened its 37th season! Being part of the Houston theatre circuit, you can only imagine my excitement entering the Faire grounds! Don’t know what the Texas Renaissance Festival is? (for shame!) My friends, it is only the Nation’s largest and most acclaimed Renaissance theme park where the sights, sounds, tastes and beauty of the 16th Century come alive for 8 magically themed weekends.
